* Overnight orders must be placed no later than 2:00pm EST to qualify for next day delivery. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will ship the following business day.
* Les Monts is not responsible for unanticipated shipping delays i.e. inclement weather. Uncontrollable shipping delays will not result in a refund of shipping costs.

* Returns must be requested within 10 calendar days of initial delivery.
* Any items you wish to return must be sent back to our New York City warehouse within 10 business days of receiving your return label.
* After 10 calendar days, Les Monts products are ineligible for return.
* Products must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear and tear to qualify for a refund.
* Les Monts is proud to offer handcrafted products, made with meticulous quality and care. We ask for your effort and consideration when returning our products to prevent damage during transit.
* When returning your items, please include your order invoice in a carefully sealed box. You may use the original box or alternative boxing, so long as the contents are padded and protected.
* Full set of packaging must be included in return to qualify for a refund.
* Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returned merchandise.
* Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, upon receipt of your returned merchandise.
* You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
