Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

* Les Monts offers complimentary shipping on all orders.
* Most domestic orders deliver in 1-4 business days.
* Excluding holidays, all shipments are mailed Monday through Friday.
* Orders ship from our New York City warehouse within 24-48 hours of purchase.
* Overnight orders must be placed no later than 2:00pm EST to qualify for next day delivery. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will ship the following business day.
* Les Monts is not responsible for unanticipated shipping delays i.e. inclement weather. Uncontrollable shipping delays will not result in a refund of shipping costs.
* Les Monts does not pay import fees associated with international shipments. Customers are financially responsible for all import duties.

RETURNS:

* Les Monts offers complimentary returns on all items. To request a return label, please email us at orders@lesmonts.com - please include your order # in the subject line of your email.
* Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
* Returns must be requested within 10 calendar days of initial delivery.
* Any items you wish to return must be sent back to our New York City warehouse within 10 business days of receiving your return label.
* After 10 calendar days, Les Monts products are ineligible for return.
* Products must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear and tear to qualify for a refund.
* Les Monts is proud to offer handcrafted products, made with meticulous quality and care. We ask for your effort and consideration when returning our products to prevent damage during transit.
* When returning your items, please include your order invoice in a carefully sealed box. You may use the original box or alternative boxing, so long as the contents are padded and protected.
* Full set of packaging must be included in return to qualify for a refund.
* Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returned merchandise.

REFUNDS:

* Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, upon receipt of your returned merchandise.
* You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
* Please allow 7-10 business for refund credit to your post to your account.

EXCHANGES:

*Les Monts is able to offer exchanges on unshipped orders. Please email orders@lesmonts.com to request an exchange on an
unshipped order.
*If you wish to exchange an item that has already shipped, please adhere to the following:

- Request a return label by emailing us at orders@lesmonts.com - please include your order # in the subject line of your email.
- Return original item using the protocols listed above.
- Place a new order.
- We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving returned merchandise.
- Please allow 7-10 business for refund credit to your post to your account.
